Custom consulting engagements, once initiated, are non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated exclusively to your project. You acknowledge that by confirming such services, you waive any right to a refund of the associated fees.

3.1 Refund Policy for Info Products

If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the info product, we will issue a refund. Requests received after 7 days or following access/download will be declined.

4. Goods

We may offer physical items such as printed materials, workbooks, or branded merchandise.

4.1 Refunds and Returns for Goods

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

5. Payment and Refund Mechanism

All payments are processed through our online payment provider. In case of an approved refund, we will return the amount to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

If you wish to transfer a paid service to a different date, please submit your request via our support form. Approval is at our discretion and subject to resource availability.
